ON ICE/ICE TIME: @ MGCC ICE ARENA 21+ Hours
 
  1. Skating techniques, over speed drills and power skating.
  2. Shooting, shot selection and power shooting skills.
  3. Stick handling, Passing skills and puck control/carrying/protecting
  4. Specific offense, defense and goalie drills
  5. Learning different hockey strategies and systems
  6. Scrimmaging inter-squad/other high school teams
  7. Small Games 
 
DRYLAND TRAINING: @ MGCC ICE ARENA & MGSH Weightroom (Bring Tennis Shoes every day, No Flip Flops) 21+ hours
 
  • Shooting (and we encourage you to take advantage of the shooting area at MGCC, PUT IN THE TIME)
  • Plyometric and Speed Training 
  • Stick handling/Passing and Receiving
  • Goalie Training
  • Weight Training, Body Weight Exercises and Strength Training
 
Scrimmages:  10- 12
 
 
  • Equipment Storage Space Available for the whole summer

Safety:  Participants are required to supply all protective equipment recommended by USA Hockey.
